Lonnie Weaver-Johnson

Who are you?

My name is Lonnie Weaver-Johnson and I am a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) and agile coach. This means I help organizations become agile by working with leaders and teams to create an environment of openness, trust, and fun, so that people are more engaged producing better results.

After 20 years in the corporate world leading teams, developing people, and transitioning to Agile, I decided to become an independent consultant helping other organizations do the same.  My degree comes from the University of Minnesota (go Gophers!) and I use it every day understanding people and helping them grow.

Which industries do you work with?

I spent more than a decade, in the early years of my career, ​in the financial industry, and the last ten years I’ve worked in Retail, Banking, Insurance, Health Care, and Gaming industries. I’ve also volunteered in the non-profit sector and even provided team building to high school sports teams.

What are you passionate about?

I love using my strengths to help people identify and develop their skills and I do this both personally and professionally.  I’m an ​empathetic ​and ​motivating ​leader ​who is passionate about all things people. My Strength Finder strengths are Communication, Empathy, WOO ​(Winning ​Others ​Over), ​Developer ​(of ​others), ​and Positivity. ​ ​These ​ characteristics help me conduct lively and meaningful training and coaching sessions. In my free time I enjoy traveling with my family and volunteering in my local community.

Judy Neher

Who are you?

Hi! I’m Judy Neher and I am based in Indiana in the USA. My husband and I split our time between Indiana and Cape Coral, Florida.

My undergraduate degree is in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and I have a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University.  Additionally, I hold a Master of Science degree in Interior Design from Ball State Univer. I have been a Certified Scrum Trainer® (CST®) since 2015, and have been coaching and training agile teams since 2001. I am a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and enjoy both team and individual coaching.

 

Which industries do you work with?

I spent the majority of my career working with the US Federal Government, as a mathematician, software developer, software manager, and then beginning around 2001, as an agile coach and trainer. Since then I have worked with all types of organization both in the public and private sector, including healthcare, education, publishing, finance, entertainment and hospitality.

What are you passionate about?

I’m really passionate about high performing teams. Not only the environment that supports high performing teams, but the coaching, training, facilitation and mentoring that is required to guide the teams to high performing. High performing teams are a game changer for employee engagement.
